Özgür Bultan was born in 1977 in Istanbul and completed his high school education in Kabataş High School. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry with a master's degree in 1999.

He is still working in Vivadent Dental Clinic in Nişantaşı, İstanbul, focussing mainly in aesthetic dentistry and implantology but also in all branches of dentistry.

In addition to his private clinic, he gives lectures and courses for various institutions and organizations in Turkey and abroad especially in implant, aesthetic dentistry and dental photography.

Özgür Bultan is married to Evrim Özer Bultan, who is also a dentist/prosthodontist.
